and F in the following way:
A) 564, 010 registered series A shares numbered from 000001 to 564010;
B) 168,412 registered series B shares numbered from 000001 to 168412;
C) 81,000 registered series C shares numbered from 00001 to 81000;
D) 19,000 registered series D shares numbered from 00001 to 19000;
E) 1,664,844 registered series E shares numbered from 000001 to 1664844;
F) 87,760 registered series F shares numbered from 00001 to 87760.
Court registration of change in share capital - issue of series F shares.
The Management Board of Polna S.A. reports that on 18 December 2008 it received the decision of the District Court in Rzeszow, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, concerning the registration of Polna S.A.'s share capital increase by way of an issue of Series F shares of Polna S.A. The share capital increase was registered on December 17th 2008 by the District Court in Rzeszow, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register. Following the registration, the share capital amounts to PLN 9,823,098,80 and is divided into 2,585,026 shares.

Court registration of change in share capital - issue of series E shares.
The Management Board of Polna S.A. reports that on December 17th 2008 it received the decision of the District Court in Rzeszow, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, concerning the registration of Polna S.A.'s share capital increase by way of an issue of Series E shares of Polna S.A. The share capital increase was registered on 11 December 2008 by the District Court in Rzeszow, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register. Following the registration, the share capital amounts to PLN 9,489,610.80 and is divided into 2,497,266 shares.

PUBLIC BID
Series E:
The amount of shares in the public takeover bid is 1,664,844 registered series E shares of the nominal value of PLN 3.80.
The legal basis to the emission of registered series E shares shall be resolution no 2 NWZA dated 17 August 2007, according to which Polna S.A.'s share capital shall have increase by the amount not grater than PLN 6, 326, 407.20 by the public bid until 1,664,844 ordinary bearer registered series E shares with priority right to purchase them by the previous shareholders.
Deadlines:
The day of the right from shares shall be dated 5 September 2007. The last avaiable day to purchase the shares was 31 Aug 2007, on the session GPW with the right from shares. It means, that the persons who purchased the issuers shares on the session GPW after 31 August 2007, shall not be authorized to exercise the right from that shares.
